GENERAL GUIDELINES:

The protocols to be followed when requesting the Documentations Committee for coverage of an official Seminary activity;

  1. The official request may be done thru chat or by approaching one of the members of the committee.

  2. The request for documentation must be made two days prior the actual date of the event. This is to prepare the needed materials in the documenting process.
