To continuously provide the best documentation services for the seminary community when community activities are held.

Plans and Proposals for the Formation Year 2020-2021
PROPOSED ACTIVITIES:

Updating the CS Community Directory
-
The creation of photo booths during special occasions.
-
A photo contest in collaboration with the Arts and Academic & Literary Committees.
-
The establishment of a Seminary Photography Club.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
The protocols to be followed when requesting the Documentations Committee for coverage of an official Seminary activity;
-
The official request may be done thru chat or by approaching one of the members of the committee.

The request for documentation must be made two days prior the actual date of the event. This is to prepare the needed materials in the documenting process.

The giving or copying of pictures will not be done by lending the camera or SD card to the person concerned. The pictures will be given by an official member of the committee.

The giving of pictures will be done after the pictures of the said event are posted in the UST-CS Facebook page.
SPECIFIC GUIDELINES:
For the Philosophy Department:
The documentation must be done by either one of the members of the committee who belong in the Discipleship stage. The pictures will be stored by Sem. Soguilon, who in turn will forward those pictures to Sem. Mapalo (Socio Com Team).
For the Theology Department:
The documentation must be done by a brother who belongs to the Configuration stage and who is a member of the committee. The pictures will be stored by Sem. Mapalo.

PROTOCOLS FOR BORROWING THE CAMERA
I. The permission of the chairman of the committee should be obtained first before the lending of the camera.
II. The permission from the owner of the camera (Sem. Soronio) is also needed
SPECIFIC GUIDELINES:
For the Philosophy Department:
The request must be expressed to Sem. Julius Gorospe.
For the Theology Department Activities:
The camera of the Alumni Priests’ Association (ALPA) will be lent to those who belong in the Configuration stage.
INVENTORY OF EQUIPMENT AND FILES
At the end of every semester, the members of the committee will integrate both files that came from the Philosophy and Theology Departments. These will be stored in a flash drive.
At the end of the academic year, all the cameras will be returned to their respective owners.
